This week, the Artists’ Circle Fraternity is offering an array of activities for the Physical Education week. This includes a crash course on rappelling held last Monday at the Kampo Uno Rescue Headquarters in Quezon City.
The brods were taught ropemanship, rappelling and belaying. Rappelling has primarily interested the fraternity because it is often required for painting wall frescoes and outdoor murals.
The Artists’ Circle Fraternity will hold an exhibition of works for the benefit of the World Wildlife Fund or WWF. An organization established in 1961, WWF operates in more than 100 countries working for a future in which humans live in harmony with nature. It’s organization is popularly represented by the panda.
The exhibit will open on the 31st of May, still in line with the Fraternity’s 35th Anniversary Celebration, at the the Greenbelt 3 Plaza in Makati. Friends, Family, Sweethearts, fans and passers-by will get the chance to interact with the artists over cocktails on that night.
