Rodel Tapaya ’97 inspires awe in Shenzhen Museum

“Heavenly Bodies In The South” is a joint exhibition by Qin Qi and Rodel Tapaya currently on view at the He Xiangning Art Museum in Shenzhen, China. The show runs until 5th of July 2020.

The title describes the motif of the upper world in he two artists’ works. Heavenly bodies is also a metaphor for the exotic feeling and romantic imagination that their works embody in the exhibition. This exhibition is the first exhibit for Filipino artist Rodel Tapaya at a museum in Mainland China.
